The shared kitchen is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for monthly vendors and during regular business hours for hourly vendors at affordable rates.

Level 1

• $20/hour

• Kitchen access 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday only

• Dry storage $10/month per 10 square feet

• Refrigerator/freezer (vender owned) $25/month per unit

• No off-season storage

Level 2

• $300/month

• Maximum of 30 hours/month ($10/hour for additional time)

• 24 hour access 7 days a week (excluding Sunday mornings from 8:00am - 1:00pm)

• Dry storage $10/month per 10 square feet

• Refrigerator/freezer (vender owned) $25/month per unit

• $50/month off-season storage

Level 3

• $400/month

• Maximum of 50 hours/month ($8/hour for additional time)

• 24 hour access 7 days a week (excluding Sunday mornings from 8:00am - 1:00pm)

• Dry storage 4-shelf unit included; additional dry storage $10/month per 10 square feet

• Refrigerator/freezer (vender owned) $25/month per unit

• $50/month off-season storage
